Skate Boots 90 days from the consumer date of purchase If it is within 90 days of your purchase, please return to the retailer where you purchased your item for assistance with warranty.

While warranty exceptions are unlikely, if it has been more than 90 days since your purchase and you have the original receipt from an authorized BAUER dealer, you may contact us:

sticks

There is a 30-day limited North American warranty on composite sticks. BAUER Hockey, Inc. will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick IF BROKEN DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT within 30 days from the consumer date of purchase. helmets

Note: Please do not remove or damage the HECC and CSA labels on your equipment.  Damage to and/or removal of the HECC and CSA labels on helmets, face masks and visors voids the certification.  This could result in a player being prevented from playing by officials.  Unfortunately, HECC, CSA and the helmet manufacturer cannot replace labels on a helmet.
